already pre sales. I have been talking to a couple of other 'big' geocode data
companies, and most were not willing to provide a custom solution to suit my needs
and wanted me to buy a standard package and pay a fee per record to get things like
POI's loaded etc, and also required me to identify the ones I wanted (I do not have
a pre existing list of required points so I just wanted a decent set of them!). So
